Prices and itineraries we send you are quotations, not confirmed bookings. A tour is only confirmed once we have acknowledged it in writing and received the agreed deposit.

Quotations are valid for the period stated in your offer and are subject to availability of hotels, guides and transport at the time of confirmation.

A deposit is required to confirm your tour and secure hotels and services. The remaining balance is due before or on arrival, as set out in your booking confirmation.

Payment methods and currency will be specified in your offer. Any bank transfer or card processing fees are the responsibility of the traveller unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation terms depend on how far in advance you cancel and on supplier policies for hotels and activities. The specific terms for your trip are provided with your booking confirmation.

Some services — such as peak-season hotels and special permits — may be non-refundable once booked. We will always tell you which parts of your trip carry such conditions.

We may need to adjust an itinerary for reasons outside our control, including weather, road or site closures, or safety. Where a change is needed we will offer the closest reasonable alternative.

If you wish to change your dates or route after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate you; any difference in supplier costs may apply.

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and any visas required for entry to Jordan. We are happy to advise, but cannot be held responsible for denied entry.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical care, cancellation and personal belongings for the full duration of your trip.

We act as an organiser of tours and as an intermediary with hotels, transport and activity providers. We take great care selecting our partners but are not liable for loss or injury caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability in connection with any tour will not exceed the amount you paid us for that tour.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Jordanian courts.
